Our ethos has always been to work with partnerships to deliver a first-class service. Accordingly, we were one of the first UK telecom suppliers to partner with Openreach and supply business telephone lines. Since then we have added more services to our product range including telephone systems, business broadband and mobile. To offer a complete service, we formed partnerships with network installers, equipment providers, system engineers and various types of IT companies.
Over the past few years, Voice over IP (telephone calls through the internet) has become far more prominent and will eventually replace standard telephone lines completely. Meanwhile, as our customers’ requirement for reliable high-speed data connectivity increases, we have continued to provide more dedicated leased lines to meet their needs. Consequently, our relationships with IT companies have become even more important. We have been working hard to build partnerships with them so we can provide a ‘complete solution’ for our customers across the UK.
