IP Phone Systems work well for larger organisations and now there’s a choice; a system situated at the premises (on-prem) or a system in the cloud (hosted PBX). We offer both and our approach is to determine which one will work best for our customer. Our preferred on-prem system is Yeastar. These are competitively priced, feature rich, flexible systems. We work with our network of partners across the UK to provide local system support and maintenance.

The main benefit for larger organisations is price. Customers with hosted systems, where the system functionally is held in the cloud, pay for each extension. Businesses with IP systems pay a fixed price for their system and lines, and can then add more features or extensions at no additional cost.
